NachlaOr - A House for Jewish Music & Kosher Dorms
NachlaOr organizes musical events and community activities such as the upcoming community Sukkah in the park, which will be an open space for people to enjoy the holiday. Israel Beat joins a Saturday night melavah malka to talk with participants and meet with residents of the NachlaDorms, a kosher hostel in the heart of Jerusalem's historic and quaint Nachalot neighborhood. Music N Art at Mount Zion
Every Wednesday nestled inbetween the Tomb of King David, just outside the Zion Gate of Jerusalem's Old City is a weekly concert series and jam session called Music N Art at Mount Zion. Meet the young, enthusiastic students and musicians who are striving to maintain the Jewish character of the Mount Zion area.
